AirgunShop.in has a liberal Shipping Refunds And Cancellation policy.Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the AirgunShop.in has obtained on special occasions like Festivals, Contests etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. AirgunShop.in does not accept cancellation requests for personalized items which have been engraved or made available against special request. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items , please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. Refund will be made after due diligence and may take up to 7 days. Shipping will be made by reputed courier like DHL, First flight, DTDC Or Speedpost which ever will be the most convenient and reliable service to reach your destination. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
AIRGUNINDIA.COM believes in & we can helping its customers as far as possible, and have therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
How do I cancel an order on AIRGUNINDIA.COM?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
– If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 9039944752 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
